We've spent years in the technology trenches building complex software architectures. We know the thrill of a great discovery call. And we know the crushing dread of realizing you now have to spend the next 20 minutes manually typing those notes into a database, or figuring out if you followed every single step of a 40-page playbook.

Usually, companies try to solve this problem in one of two ways:

1. They hire expensive consultants to design a brilliant new sales methodology... which the reps promptly ignore because it's too complicated.
2. They play "Data Police," nagging the team until everyone is frustrated and the data in the CRM is still half-baked anyway.

We figured there had to be a third option.
