1. Acceptance of Terms
TL;DR: Clicking "Sign Up" means you agree to play by these rules. If you don't like them, you can't use the app.
These Terms of Use govern your access to and use of Glass CRM ("the Service"). By creating an account, accessing, or using the Service, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms. If you are entering into these Terms on behalf of a company or other legal entity (such as your employer), you represent that you have the authority to bind that entity to these terms.
2. B2B Service & Account Security
TL;DR: This tool is for professional sales environments, not personal use. Keep your password safe and don't share accounts.
Glass CRM is a business-to-business (B2B) platform. It is not intended for personal, family, or household consumer use. You must be at least 18 years old to create an account. You are entirely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials and for all activities that occur under your account. You agree to notify us immediately of any unauthorized use of your account.
3. Intellectual Property & Your Content
TL;DR: Our code and design belong to us. Your client conversations and playbook methodologies belong entirely to you.
Our Property: Glass CRM, including its software, algorithms, AI features, logos, and design text, is the exclusive intellectual property of Glass CRM and its licensors.
Your Property: Any data, text, audio, or meeting notes you upload, record, or process through the Service remains exclusively yours ("Customer Content"). You grant Glass CRM a limited, worldwide license to host, translate, and process your Customer Content solely to provide the Service to you. We do not use your Customer Content to train public or third-party AI models.
4. Third-Party Integrations
TL;DR: We connect nicely to your CRM, but we don't own it. If your CRM provider changes their connection rules, we'll adjust, but it's out of our hands.
The Service is designed to complement and synchronize with third-party Customer Relationship Management (CRM) platforms. Glass CRM is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or partnered with these third-party platforms. We are not responsible for the availability, security, or data policies of your third-party CRM provider. You are solely responsible for ensuring your use of Glass CRM complies with your CRM provider's terms of service.
5. AI Outputs & Accuracy
TL;DR: AI is a brilliant sidekick, but check its work before saving it to your pipeline database.
Glass CRM utilizes artificial intelligence to analyze text, generate custom methodologies, and classify data. While we continuously refine our models for maximum accuracy, AI-generated outputs can occasionally contain inaccuracies or errors. As noted in our product workflow, users have the opportunity to review and edit all data before saving it. Glass CRM is not liable for any business decisions, forecasting errors, or incorrect data entries resulting from unverified AI outputs.
6. Prohibited Uses
TL;DR: Don't try to break our platform, copy our software engine, or use it for anything shady.
You agree not to misguide, misuse, or disrupt the Service. Prohibited actions include, but are not limited to:
- Attempting to decompile, reverse-engineer, or copy the underlying technology of Glass CRM.
- Using the Service to process illegal, defamatory, or violative content.
- Using automated bots or scrapers to access the Service without our written permission.
7. Limitation of Liability & Governing Law
TL;DR: If the digital world ends, our liability is capped at what you paid us over the last year. European laws apply.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Glass CRM shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, including loss of profits, data, or business opportunities. Our total liability to you for any claims arising out of these terms shall not exceed the total amount paid by you to Glass CRM in the 12 months preceding the claim. These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the European Union member state where Glass CRM is legally incorporated.
8. Changes to Terms
TL;DR: If we update these terms as the app grows, we will shoot you an email or an in-app ping 30 days before things change.
We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. If a revision is material, we will provide at least 30 days' notice prior to any new terms taking effect. Your continued use of the Service after the effective date of the revised terms constitutes your acceptance of the new Terms.
