Meet Hungry

Meet Hungry. He eats deals for breakfast.

Breakfast, lunch, dinner, repeat. Hungry never stops. The good news: his appetite is aimed straight at your pipeline, and he never gets full.

Hungry, the superglass mascot: a small white robot covered in blueprint markings, wearing a cape, happily biting into a slice of pizza.
Where he came from

Hungry wasn’t built to be liked. He was built to be fed.

Sales teams die slowly on deals that felt good and closed badly. So we built a robot with exactly one appetite: real, closed deals. To feed him, you have to actually win. And to win, you have to see the deal clearly. That’s the whole trick.

What he does

It starts with your methodology: about 10 questions and 5 minutes. Start from MEDDIC, MEDDPICC, BANT or SPICED, or from none of them. From there, he does 4 things:

Hungry listening, with a notepad

He listens for what matters

Leave him a voice note after a meeting. He doesn’t just write down what you said. He sorts it by what your methodology asks for, and puts the right pieces into your CRM once you confirm.

He flags what’s missing on every deal

The question you skipped, the thing that’s missing, what’s quietly at risk: he’ll point it out while there’s still time. That’s Deal Intelligence, running on every deal.

He answers the hard questions about your whole pipeline

What closes this quarter, realistically? What has to happen to get there? Where’s the upsell? What’s slipping, and why? Ask him straight, get a straight answer.

He reads the pattern across your whole team

The stage a rep keeps stalling at, the objection they can’t get past. Team Coaching shows you each week who needs a hand, and why, before it shows up in the forecast.

The rules of Hungry

He doesn’t have feelings about these. It’s just how he works.

  1. He’s a robot

No flattery, no lies. Just the truth.

  2. He never does it for you

Talking to a client takes real skill, and that skill is yours, not his. He helps you sharpen it. He never takes over.

  3. He hates blurry

“They love us” isn’t information. Give him numbers: stakes, dates, consequences. Tell him “they can’t sign after this quarter or they miss their own summer deadline, and that’s a $40M miss,” and now he has something to work with.

  4. He’s only as sharp as what you feed him

No data, no answer. He already reads what’s in your CRM: the deal, the contacts, the activity. A recorded note gives him more to go on, and it only takes a minute.

His one superpower

Clarity. That’s it.

He cuts through the guesswork around a deal (the assumptions, the hopeful notes) down to what’s actually true, and what to do about it. You bring the relationship, the judgment and the handshake. Hungry brings the clarity.

Nothing fancy

Cheap to run. On purpose.

AI gets expensive fast when you keep adding features. We keep Hungry simple on purpose, so superglass can stay fairly priced.

What’s next

Better, not bigger.

We get a new idea for him most days: executive summaries, proposals, one-to-one coaching for a single rep. For now, we’re making what he already does better. What comes next is mostly up to you, so tell us what’s missing.

Hungry pointing ahead

Because in sales, humans still buy from humans.

Hungry doesn’t change that. He just makes sure you walk into every conversation knowing where the deal really stands. Then you go and close it, and you feed him.
